The buffalo will be roaming at Kirkwood Knittery on Tuesday, April 17th, from 4-6pm, courtesy of The Buffalo Wool Co. Ron & Theresa Miskin will be here with buffalo sausage, wine and cheese, and a trunk show of bison yarns and garments.
Here’s your up close opportunity to learn about this all-American industry from raising the animals to gathering and processing their down for yarns and fabric and food. This will be a fun evening with 2 of our favorite Texans! Brooke & Robyn both have designs using Buffalo Gold yarns – honestly, this stuff feels as soft as cashmere, with the plus of being machine washable!
